Doddridge County Prevention Partnership, or DCPP for short, is a county coalition with the goal of bringing to light the issues of community substance abuse and mental health in order to bring about healing, protection, and prevention for a healthier future. We are a Region 4 Member of Project SUCCESS.

Our coalition meets on the third Tuesday of every month from 11:30am to 12:30pm at our Starting Points Office. If you would like to become a member of our coalition please call us at (304)-873-3500.
Brian Lipscomb is the Coordinator for the Doddridge County Prevention Partnership as of October 2019. Brian has coordinated large events such as Fish Fest and the Ephraim Bee Festival for our County as well as been a hard working member of our community wanting to bring change.
